Monday Push day
Felt good. Did too much today. I have to stick to the 3X5:
I got 8 reps for the first set with a spotter
Bench Press 160: 6 good, 6,4
Incline Press 40: 11,7,5
Pushups: 15,14
Dumbbell skull crushers 12.5: 12,13,9
Pushdowns 45:11,11,9
Saturday 10/13/12
Random leg day after not working legs for 2 weeks:
Squat 175: 3x5
Step up 30: 6,4,4,4
Plyo jumps
Shrugs 40,50,50: 20;20;20
Legs feel good. Right knee feels a litttttle weird but not a big deal. I’m not gonna squat Monday though just in case. Changing my routine up a little bit just to squat or deadlift twice a week. But I’m late for work.fuuuuu
